D&R Boutique Villas Gennadi is Located perfectly between Gennadi village and Gennadi beach. The Lindos Acropolis and St Pauls Bay are only 22 kilometers away while Prasonisi is a further 28 kilometers further south.

D&R Boutique Villas are modernly designed, 2023 built, fully furnished, and equipped with brand new appliances. Each 2-story villa has a BBQ area, an outdoor heated swimming pool, and a shower with 4 sunbeds. The large outdoor dining area consists of an elegant natural wooden 2.5-meter dining table and 8 wooden chairs. The villas are separated by a 1.8m fence and garden for privacy.

Each of the 3 bedrooms has a queen-sized bed, an air conditioning unit, a smart Tv connected to the WIFI, and an open wardrobe.

The modern kitchen consists of an in-built fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and hotplate. Also available is an espresso machine with pods, toasters, cutlery, and pots and pans. A breakfast bench, with 4 stools, separates the kitchen from the lounge area.

The lounge area has an L shaped sofa, a modern coffee table, and a 65-inch Samsung OLED smart tv connected to the WIFI. Satellite and OTE pay Tv channels are available.

Each villa has 2 bathrooms with all modern amenities, a built in storage space containing the washing machine, an ironing board and other equipment. Each villa has parking spaces, a security gate and cameras.
